For winter salads seem hard to do but there are quite a few you could do to spice things up a bit.
For this one depending on the size of your salad or how much you need. Take 4 or so pears. Either cooked a little in red wine or just raw & cut it up in quarters or halves. Then add some brie cut into pieces (I like to use Castello Brie – but use whatever brand you enjoy) and then add in some walnuts or peacan nuts.
It is pretty easy and the pears & brie go so well together. Enjoy!
