Yummy chocolate-banana smoothie

I’m always up for trying something new and new recipes are always something to tickle my fancy! So when I found this little recipe on ashressaday.com I thought it would be great to try out this holiday and something great to share on my blog.

Blend together:

  • 1 frozen banana (don’t forget to peel it before putting it into the freezer!)
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp honey

You can play around with this recipe, depending on how chocolatey, sweet, or flavourful you want it! You could even substitute the cocoa powder with peanut butter for something a little different.

Just have fun with it and enjoy it! Can’t wait to try it out!
